The client was entering a competitive market and needed a platform that could onboard multiple vendors quickly, handle secure payments across different methods, and surface AI recommendations that genuinely increased basket size — not just session metrics. Speed to market mattered, but so did the quality ceiling for vendors who expect professional tooling.

The Solution
A full-stack marketplace built from the ground up for scale — with equal care given to the buyer experience and the vendor back-office.
We built a modular platform: a fast, conversion-optimised storefront for buyers with AI recommendations woven into the product grid and checkout; a self-serve vendor portal with inventory management, order tracking and analytics; and a secure multi-method payment system with automated split payouts. All three layers connect to a single product and order data layer.
